Mini Cakes are all the rage! here we have three different designs that compliment one another beautifully.
The Mini cakes are made of sponge cake with a layer or jam and butter cream in the middle. These have then been iced with ivory or duck egg blue icing and decorated with stripes or pearls of icing or polka dots and finished with either a small flower or bow and a matching picot edged ribbon.
The top tier is a rich fruit cake which has been covered in marzipan and then ivory icing and decorated with duck egg blue and pink bunting and finished with a duck egg blue picot edged ribbon.
The cakes are displayed on a clear maypole cake stand which sets the cakes off perfectly.
A blossom of hydranga has been placed on top of the cake to match the theme of the wedding.
