Kelly's Wedding Cake

Mini Cakes are all the rage!  here we have two different designs that compliment one another beautifully.

Half of the Mini cakes are made of sponge cake with a layer or jam and butter cream in the middle and the other half are made of rich fruit cake as is the top tier. These have all then been iced with ivory icing and decorated with Silver and purple stars and butterflies, all have glitter added to them to give a special sparkle. Each of the cakes have been finished with either a silver or purple ribbon.

The top tier is a rich fruit cake which has been covered in marzipan and then ivory icing and decorated with a bride, groom, bridesmaid and page boy all handcrafted at The Cake Box. The top of the cake also has wired stars and beads to add glitz.  The cake has then been finished with a beautiful purple matching ribbon.

The cakes are displayed on a clear maypole cake stand which has silver and purple ribbons attached to the edges which sets the cakes off perfectly.
