Well, after a really good Christmas we are looking forward to spring time. Already the daffodils are coming up, probably because the weather has been so mild, but its good to see and feel spring around the corner.
We are now getting ready for Valentine's Dau with our cute Mini Valentine Cakes which are either made of rich fruit cake covered fully in marzipan or made of sponge both are then iced and decorated. These cute cakes make a great gift idea for that special someone in your life. During the Autumn we held a successful Cupcake Decorating Party, which was really enjoyed by all the children involved and we now look forward to taking more bookings in the New Year and are extending the idea to encorporate Hen Nights too.
